Booking Cost

Cost will vary based on event needs. 
All event bookings are a two-hour minimum and include the following:
Legacy Tobacco Co Representative
Product Displays
Cigar Education
Cigar Accessories 
Boxes of Cigars - Based on package selected


Booking Terms and Conditions

Terms of business and cancellation policy are binding: in this document the “customer” refers to the host/contact, agent, credit card holder or company making the booking. Email is an acceptable form of writing for confirmations and communications. 

  1. Upon submittal of the Booking Request, a representative from Legacy Tobacco Co will reach out to the customer to discuss details about the event and pricing.  
  2. Formal invoices will be created and submitted to the customer to lock in the booking.  
  3. A security deposit fee is required to be paid within 48hours of booking. If deposit is not paid within this timeframe, the event will not get locked in on the schedule.  
  4. We do not accept checks; all payment is to be made via the submitted invoice or paypal. 



Notice of cancellation must be given by the customer in writing or by email 14 days (standard) before the date of the booking. The customer will then receive a confirmation email from Legacy Tobacco Co acknowledging the cancellation. If such notice is not given all or partial of deposit provided will become non-refundable. Subjective to justification for cancellation request.
